The subject of the order is the delivery together with the installation of photovoltaic micro installations for the needs of private households (within the scope of Task No. 1) and public buildings (within the scope of Task No. 2) - within the Chełmża commune. The order involves the delivery together with the installation of micro-installations based on systems-photovoltaic with the instrumentation, necessary wiring and reconstruction of the energy measurement system adapting the system for measuring energy produced and connecting microinstallation to the power grid (Task No. 1 68 pcs. and Task No. 2 7 pcs.) The subject of the orders should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, a complex offer, principles of the art of construction and knowledgetechnical data, applicable standards, regulations and technologies of manufacturers of materials and equipment used in the implementation of the order and in accordance with detailed designs and detailed technical specifications.

The subject of the order is delivery together with mheating of photovoltaic micro-installations for the needs of private households on residential buildings, on farm buildings and on the ground in the Chełmża Commune as part of the project entitled. Purchase and installation of photovoltaic micro-installations in the Chełmża Commune. The order is expected to be implemented under Measure 3.1. Supporting generation and distribution of energy from sourcesrevolving, Diagram: Microinstallations, Scheme 1: Residential and public buildings (excluding healthcare infrastructure) [competition No. RPKP.03.01.00-IZ.00-04-212 / 18] Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship for 2014-2020 . The contract consists in delivery with the installation of micro-installations in the amount of 68 units based on solar systems with the equipment, necessary wiring and reconstruction of the energy measurement system adapting the system for measuring the energy generated and connecting microinstallation to the power grid. The parties understand that the clauses contained in this agreement have both the nature of supplies within the meaning of the Public Procurement Law Act and the construction works within the meaning of the Civil Code and the Construction Law, whichin accordance with the letter of the Starost of Toruń dated 16.8.2018, ref. AB.6740.10.106.2018.MB do not require a building permit or a robot notification. The subject of the order should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the contract, the ToR, submitted offer, rules of the art of construction and technical knowledge, applicable standards, regulations and technologies of producers of materials and equipment used in the implementationorders and in accordance with the enclosed executive designs made by Smart Eko Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Toruńska 148, 87-800 Włocławek, POLAND with their attachments and detailed technical specification. The material scope of the subject matter of the order includes in particular: taking over by the Contractor from the Employer and users (property owners) of placespreparing them for the installation of photovoltaic micro-installations, determining the route of the conductors from the place of installation of micro-installations to the existing installations, delivery and assembly (installation) of complete photovoltaic micro-solar installations (68 items), in accordance with detailed designs after consultation with the Purchaser is included in Part III of the SIWZ OPZ1), the combination of micro-installations with the power network of the facility, the execution of passages in internal and external building walls, construction and backfilling of possible trenches for wires, securing places of penetration and passage of pipes, electrical conductors, insulation and safety works, programming and execution of the automation system and control, assembly of numberska of generated electricity (it can be built into the inverter) enabling the collection and local presentation of data, performance of other necessary works related to the laying of wires, devices, regulating, shut-off, controlling the electrical installation necessary to service the installation, carrying out the required tests and tests, making probation before commissioningiorem of works, making adjustments and commissioning of individual installations, obtaining and preparing necessary documents (test and test protocols, warranty cards, service books, user manuals and use in Polish) related to transfer of installed (installed) microinstallations to individual properties and flash test of installed modules fotoltaic, the implementation of appropriate surge protection and lightning protection system, if it is required or adapted to the existing lightning protection system for microinstallations ... 1. Contractors who meet the conditions described below can apply for the order and are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings under Art. 24 sec.-1 item 12) / 23) of the Act of 29.1.2004 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, also referred to as PPL). 2. The Employer provides (additionally) the possibility of exclusion from the proceedings for granting of this order pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 point 1) Pzp.

3. The dates in which it is possible to determine the existence of individual exclusion clauses in detail is specified in art. 24 sec. 7 Pzp.

4. Compatiblee from art. 24 sec. 8 Pzp. Contractor subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 point 13) and 14) and point 16) / 20) or paragraph 5 of the PPL, may provide evidence that the measures taken by him are sufficient to demonstrate its reliability, in particular to prove compensation for damage caused by a crime or fiscal offense, financial compensation for damage suffered or repairednot damages, comprehensive explanation of the facts and cooperation with law enforcement agencies and taking specific technical, organizational and human resources that are appropriate to prevent further fiscal offenses or improper conduct of the Contractor.

The Employer did not specify the condition in this respect.

The Ordering Party is able to handle the following formats (extensions) of files: .txt, .rft, .pdf, .xps, .odt, .ods, .odp, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .csv and compressed zip.

Volume limit in the entire range (ie, for example, offer, EAT, statements, documents, wadial document, etc.) is a maximum of 1 GB, while the limit for a single file is a maximum of 75 MB. The contractor applying for this order should: become acquainted with the functionalities and rules of use of the Open Nexus purchasing platform, prepare the appropriate technical facilities (computer hardware, software and access-to the internet), have a valid qualified electronic signature that meets the security requirements set out in the Act on trust services and electronic identification to ensure the validity of the actions taken.
