1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of solar installations for the production of heat or electricity in the Bielsk Podlaski Gmina

The subject of 1 part of the order is the delivery and assembly of 102 solar collectors for private useh of residential buildings in the Bielsk Podlaski Commune as part of the implementation of the project "Installation of solar installations for heat or electricity production in the Bielsk Podlaski Commune"

The subject of the orders includes: - obtaining the required agreements, permits, applications, etc., - delivery of components and materials needed to perform the task,

- assembly of solar sets,

- transrunning solar installations,

- checks, tests, commissioning and regulation of the installation,

- training users about the principles of correct operation of the installations together with the preparation of operating instructions and their transfer,

- execution and delivery of as-built documentation

1. You can order ordersrun on Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings due to one of the circumstances indicated in art. 24 sec. 1 item 13-22 and para. 5 points 1-2 of the Public Procurement Law, which occurred in the appropriate period specified in art. 24 sec. 7 Public Procurement Law.

2. It is recommended to prepare an Offer on the offer form, the model of which is Annex 5 to SIWZ:

a) in the content of the offer, the Contractor puts the passwordto the EAT file (the content of the offer may contain, if necessary, other information for proper access to the document, in particular information on the encryption program used or the procedure for decrypting the data contained in the EAT). The Ordering Party informs that in Part IV, the EED permits the possibility of completing this document only in the section α (alpha) "general statement" and in the relationu with this, the Contractor does not have to fill out any of the other sections in Part IV EAT. Documents / lists confirming the information contained in the EED syntax are at a later stage, according to the conditions described in Part VIII of the ToR;

b) attach a power of attorney to represent the Contractor (contractors appearing jointly), if the offer is submitted by the attorney;

c) attach the undertaking of another entity, which one-referred to in Chapter VI, paragraph 3 of the SIWZ if the Contractor relies on the resources of another entity;

d) in the content of the offer, the Contractor shall provide the information referred to in Part XII, paragraph 2 and 3 SIWZ

The form of lodging EAT has been described in Part VIII of the ToR.

3. In the case where the Contractor relies on the capacities of another entity on the terms set out in Article 22a of the Public Procurement Law, is obliged to prove to the Ordering Partythat when performing the order, he will have real access to the resources of these entities to the extent necessary for the proper execution of the order, in particular by presenting the obligation of these entities to give him the necessary resources for the needs of the order.

4. The ordering party requires a deposit in the amount of PLN 1 14 000 for part of PLN 2, 400.00, for eachpart separately, before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contractor, within 3 days from the date of publishing on the website information on contractors who submitted offers in the procedure, is obliged to provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as other contractors who submitted bids in the proceedings. In an appropriate situationji, along with the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor who submitted an offer or a partial offer in the same proceeding do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure.
