Dostawa wraz z montażem kolektorow słonecznych oraz ogniw fotowoltaicznych na terenie gminy Lubliniec

The object of the contract is:

Main Site: Lubliniec commune, POLAND

Task No. 1: the subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of 247 sets of photovoltaic panels in 247 different locations in the commune of Lubliniec with a total capacity of approximately 1, 160 kW.

Contractors who can apply for the contract:

1) for task no. 1:

a) have financial resources or creditworthinessin an amount of not less than PLN 1, 000, 000.00 (in words: one million zlotys 00/100),

b) are insured against civil liability in the scope of their business for an amount of not less than PLN 300, 000.00 (in words: three hundred thousand) zlotys 00/100);

2) for task no. 2:

a) they are insured against civil liability in the scope of their activity for the amount not less than 300, 000.00PLN (in words: three hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).

To confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and in order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion, the offer should be accompanied by a current statement as at the date of submission of offers in the form of a single European order document (EAT).

The awarding entity may apply the procedure referred to in Article 24aa of the Act of 29 January 2004 on Rightson public procurement.

The Employer requires a security deposit of:

a) for task No. 1 150, 000.00 PLN (one hundred and fifty thousand zlotys);

b) for task No. 2 10, 000.00 PLN (ten thousand zlotys).

Contractors are excluded from the procurement procedure in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 of the Act of January 29, 2004, PPL. The Employer also provides for hatchingconnecting the Contractor in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law.

On the day of opening the offers, the Awarding Entity will publish information on the opening of offers on the website (www.lubliniec.eu). Within 3 days from the date of posting this information, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-belonging to the samecapital rupee referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the Act.

The contracting authority provides for the annulment of the procedure for the award of the contract, in the event of not awarding funds that were to be allocated to finance all or part of the contract.
