1. The subject of the order is: "Delivery and assembly photovoltaic installations with a capacity of up to 40 kW on plots no. 863, 1164 in Olszanica ".

Main Site: Hotel Olszanica at Olszanica 222, 38-722 Olszanica

Part 1 Task 1 - assembly of the installation for the "Hotel SAN" building with the power of 38.4 kW. 5. The devices / products / subassemblies being the subject of the delivery realized under this order must have parameters not worse than the orders specified in the Description of the subject being an integral part tender documentation - it is Annex No. 8 Project documentation.

In this regard, Zamthe entrant requires that the Contractor show that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of his business related to the subject of the order for a minimum of

- for part 1 200 000.00 PLN

- for part 2 200 000.00 PLN

- for part 3 200 PLN 000.00 - for part PLN 4 120 000.00

In case of expiry of the above-mentioned document during the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obligedrequired to submit a current one. If the contractor submits an offer for several parts, a policy or other document should include a guarantee sum amounting to the sum of the above-mentioned amounts for these parts. In the event of the expiry of the above-mentioned document during the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be required to submit a valid one. In the case of entities common in this condition, entities may meettotal together.

1. The conditions for participation in the proceedings and the grounds for exclusion from the proceedings are set out in point IV of the ToR.

2. A list of statements or documents confirming fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion can be found in item V of the SIWZ.

3. The Contractor is bound by the offer for a period of 60 days from the deadline for submission of tenders. Each submitted offer shouldto be secured with a deposit in the amount the Purchaser requires a bid bond in the amount of: a) for part 1 - 3 000.00 PLN (in words: three thousand zlotys 00/100),

b) for part 2 3 000.00 PLN (in words: three thousand zlotys 00/100),

c) for part 3 3 000, 00 PLN (in words: three thousand zlotys 00/100),

d) for part 4 2, 000.00 PLN (in words: two thousand zlotys 00/100 )

5. Ordering party in proceedingsiu will use the so-called "Reversed procedure", referred to in Article 24aa (1) of the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579, as amended). The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 24aa act will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor, whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions of participation inOsta ™ Action.

6. The Employer does not provide for the orders referred to in Article 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law - 7. Proceedings for granting a public order are carried out on the basis of art. 16 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law
