Maintenance of isolated photovoltaic sites in Martinique 2018-2020

The case concerns the completion of maintenance work on photovoltaic sites to power isolated sites in Martinique. The expected services relate to the maintenance, the repair, the decommissioning and the restoration of photovoltaic power plants, as well as the eventual supply.it equips (batteries, inverters, modules, safety and control equipment ...) for the isolated photovoltaic sites of Martinique.

Main Site: Martinique Island including ilets.

The case concerns the realization of the maintenance works of photovoltaic sites allowing the supply of isolated sites in Martinique. The expected benefits relate to the maintenancethis, the troubleshooting, the decommissioning and the restoration of photovoltaic power plants, as well as the possible supply of equipment (batteries, inverters, modules, safety and control equipment ...) for the isolated photovoltaic sites of Martinique.

In order to join sites, trips are by vehicle, on foot or by boat.

- the candidate must provide a declaration-on the honor date and signed justifying that it does not enter any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present,

- the candidate must submitan extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as a K bis extract, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the applicant . This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a grouping candidate,

- if the candidate is in receivership, it dproduce a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify his ability to continue his activities during the period of execution of the contract. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by the members concerned of a candidate group,

- the candidate must provide the certificates issued by the administrations and competent bodies proving that he has satisfied hisfiscal and social relations. These certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.
