Descriptive part of the subject of the order

The order concerns the delivery and assembly of 50 solar installations

12 pieces of installations with a capacity of 3 kW, including:

- installation on the roof of the residential building 12 pieces

1 piece of installation 3 kW, including:

- installation on the roof of the farm building, 1 item

13 pcs. installations with a capacity of 4 kW, including:

- installations on the roofresidential dwelling 13 pieces

1 pcs of 4 kW installations including:

- installation on the roof of the farm building 1 pcs.

21 pieces of the 5 kW installation including:

- installation on the roof of the residential building 23 pcs. .

2 pcs of 5 kW installations, including: - installation on the roof of the farm building or ground 2 pcs

II. Task name: "Delivery and assembly of 82 pcs. Collector installations-solar in the framework of the project "Construction of installations using renewable energy sources in August-w"

Descriptive part of the order:

The order concerns the supply and installation of 82 solar collector installations

72 units of installations with a minimum power 3.658 kW (two collectors) 250L reservoir including:

- installation on the roof slope or fa-ade on a residential building 72 pcs.

10 pcs. insteelworks with min. 5.487 kW (three collectors) 350L reservoir including:

- installation on the roof slope on a residential building 10 pcs.

Other elements are included in Annexes 1aa and 1ab to the Terms of Reference and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR

Annex No. 1ab. Description of the subject orders photovoltaic installations

6.1. Contractors, who are not subject to exclusion and meet the conditions of participation in the procedure specified by the customer, may apply for the awarding of the contract.

6.2. Contractors who meet the conditions regarding:

6.2.1 can apply for the contract. competences or powers to conduct specifiedprofessional activity, if it results from separate regulations: - the Ordering Party does not specify the condition in the abovementioned range.

7.1. The contractor is excluded from the contract award procedure in relation to which any of the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 12 23 Public Procurement Law

7.2. The Awarding Entity does not provide grounds for exclusion indicated in art. 24 sec. 5 of the Act

8.1. Performeris obliged to submit a statement valid as of the day of submitting bids constituting preliminary confirmation that the Contractor:

a) is not subject to exclusion,

b) meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

8.2. The declaration referred to in point 8.1 of the Terms of Reference is to be submitted by the Contractor in the form of a single document drawn up in accordance with the specimen of the standard form specified in the Implementing RegulationOf the European Commission 2016/7 of 5.1.2016 issued on the basis of art. 59 par. 2 of Directive 2014/24 / EU, hereinafter referred to as "Single Document" or "EAT". by. Annex 4 to the ToR SI

8.3. Contractor within 3 days from the date of placing information on the website of the contracting party, referred to in Article 86 par. 5 of the Act (information from the opening of tenders), it is obliged to transfer the contracting entitieshim a statement of affiliation or lack of belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. In the case of belonging to the same capital group, the contractor may submit together with the declaration documents or information confirming that connections with another contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procedure. The pattern of the declaration is attachedNo. 5 to SIWZ.

9.6. The contracting authority demands from the contractor, which relies on the abilities or situation of other entities under the rules set out in Article 22a of the Public Procurement Law, present in respect of these entities the documents listed in point 8.7.2 SIWZ.

9.8. Contractor who refers to the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them in theesie, in which he refers to their resources, the condition of participation in the proceedings also consists of EED regarding these entities

10.2. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the awarding of orders:

a) none of them may be subject to exclusion due to non-compliance with the conditions referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, while fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the Contractor's proceedings are shown in accordance with-from point 6.2 of the ToR. The Ordering Party does not specify a special way of meeting the conditions by Contractors jointly applying for the order.

B) The Single Document referred to in point 8.2 The SIWZ is submitted by each of the contractors jointly applying for the order. These documents confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion to the extent that each of themContractors demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion, - c) a statement on the affiliation of not belonging to the same capital group, referred to in point 8.3 The ToR shall be submitted by each of the Contractors,

d) they are obliged to submit the documents and statements referred to in point 8.7 SIWZ, with the documents and statements referred toin clause 8.7.1 of the Terms of Reference, the Contractor / Contractor, who / indicate the fulfillment of the condition, to the extent and under the principles described in point. 6.2 of the SIWZ,

Documents and declarations referred to in point 8.7.2 The ToR shall be submitted by each of the Contractors. - Documents referred to in point 8.7.3 The SIWZ shall submit accordingly to the Contractor / Contractor who / who indicates the confirmation of compliance with the offered deliveriesmagan specified by the Employer.

6.2.2. economic or financial situation.

The ordering party does not specify the conditions in the abovementioned range.

8.14. In case of doubts as to the content of the document submitted by the contractor, the contracting authority may contact the competent authorities of the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence or the person concerned, fornecessary information regarding this document.

8.15. If the contractor indicates the availability of declarations or documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion referred to in Chapter 8 of the ToR in electronic form under specified Internet addresses of freely available and free databases, the contracting authority shall collectdatabases indicated by the contractor for the statement or documents.

8.16. If the contractor indicates statements or documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion, referred to in Chapter 8 of the Terms of Reference, which are in the possession of the orderer, in specific statements or documents stored by the ordering party in accordancert. 97 ust. 1 of the Act, the orderer to confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 ust. 1 point 1 and 3 of the Act, uses the documents held, provided that they are valid.

8.17. Documents prepared in a foreign language must be submitted together with the translations into Polish. If the statements and documents referred to in point 8.15 of the Terms of Reference are drawn up in a foreign language, the contractor is obliged to dto present their translation into Polish.

12.1. The Contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of PLN 40, 000.00 (in words: forty thousand zlotys). - - EAT must be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with the standard form in the electronic form with a qualified electronic signature,

- the Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to inrt. 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 of the Act,

- The two-month period specified in Section IV.2.6) shall be understood as 60 days counted from the date set for submitting bids.

15.1. The Contractor is bound by the offer for a period of 60 days from the deadline for submitting bids.

3.2. The Contracting Authority informs that it will annul proceedings pursuant to art. 93 para. 1a of the Public Procurement Law if funds from the European Union budget and non-recoverable funds from assistance provided byMember States of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA), which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, will not be awarded.
