Delivery subject to delivery license and technical support for Microsoft products. For details, see the tender dossier (also "ZD")eligibility days - Eligible is a supplier who:

a) has not been convicted of a criminal offense in the country of his residence in the last 5 years prior to the commencement of the tendering procedure for the crime in Annex 3 to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on awarding public contracts, or a similar offense under the law of the country of residence of the supplier. If the contractor is a legal person, this requirement is met by that legal person and zevery member of the statutory body. If a legal entity is a member of the statutory body of the supplier, this requirement shall be met by that legal person, each member of the statutory body of that legal person and the person representing that legal person in the statutory body of the supplier. Professional eligibility - The supplier demonstrates the fulfillment of professional eligibility in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: (b) a document attesting the business to the extent of the corresponding object of performancepublic contracts (ie in the area of supplying SW licenses, including related services (technical support, consultancy, etc.)), especially a document proving the relevant trade license in accordance with the end of the Act No. 455/1991 Coll. as amended (extract from the Trade Register) or license.
