Providing technical support services for Microsoft Licensed Software Equipment Enterprise Agreement and for LSV Microsoft SelectPlus and consolidation of Microsoft LSV - delivery of products and services under the currently valid licensing programs for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft SelectPlus and Microsoft Products and Services Agreement. A detailed definition of the subject matter of the contract consists of Part B.1 Description of the subject matter of the contract and Part B.2 Business terms and conditions for the provision of the subject matter of the tender documents, which are published in thethe contracting authority on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk and in the EVO information system maintained and accessible by the Public Procurement Office accessible via the web site www.uvo.gov.sk (hereinafter referred to as "IS EVO") and the contracting authority provides unlimited free of charge to them, complete and direct access from the date of publication of the notice of invitation to tender in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, orin the Procurement Journal, whichever comes first. Point II.1.4).

Justification of non-division of the subject of the contract into parts according to - 28 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Certain Conclusions as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Conclusion"):

Microsoft Licensing Software consists of a User LicenseEnterprise Agreement (EA), a server environment license (primarily a Select Plus / MPSA licensed program), and a guaranteed discount order frame regardless of the Microsoft license program. The aim is to procure the supplier, respectively. provider of required Microsoft products / services (services) covering all the needs of the Social Insurance Agency. As a licensing programEA and the Select Plus licensing program both require a vendor / provider of Microsoft LSP status. In both cases, they are the same potential partners. There is a real assumption that choosing 1 supplier / provider for the whole subject of the contract will provide better economic conditions for the Social Insurance Company compared to the division into parts. In addition, this supplier will at the same time providevaluable advice, which should recommend the best solution to meet the needs of Social Insurance Agency prior to the order regardless of Microsoft`s licensing program. and therefore it is not a variety of services, which should other type suppliedor the need for division into parts would arise from geographic aspects or from the knowledge of the breadth and number of providers / suppliers and the market, etc. to provide complex object of the order and which have sufficient capacities to successfullyThe tenderer must meet the conditions for participation in the personal status referred to in - 32 of Act no. On Public Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "Closing"). Documents and documents through which the applicant proves fulfillment of the conditionsThe applicant shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation concerning personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 of the Act, in accordance with - 32 par. - 1.2 of the Act or - 152 of the Act.

1.2.BitNami. The entry in the list of entrepreneurs made under Act no. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Some Conclusions, as amended by 17 April 2016, is an entry in the list of economic entities to the extent of the recorded facts

1.6.it is possible to obtain data or extracts from the information systems of the General Prosecutor`s Office of the Slovak Republic; 1 pism. a) the law according to - 32 par. 2 pism. a) of the Act, in accordance with - 1 par. 6 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens through the use of public administration information systemslneni some ends (conclusion against bureaucracy). If the tenderer has a valid entry in the list of economic entities maintained by the Public Procurement Office, a document proving fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 32 para. 1 pism. 1.7 In the case of proving the fulfillment of the condition of participation in relation to personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. e) by the Extract from the Commercial Registerg. of the Slovak Republic or an extract from the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic, the applicant is not obliged under - 32 par. 3 prohibits the submission of these documents to the contracting authority on the grounds of the use of data from public administration information systems. This rule applies to economic operators (tenderers) listed exhaustively in - 2 para. 2 Act No. 272/2015 Coll. on the Register of Lawspersons, entrepreneurs and public authorities and on the amendment of some conclusions. In other cases, the applicant is still obliged to submit a document proving the fulfillment of the condition of participation in relation to personal status according to - 32 para. 1 pism. e) the law according to - 32 par. 2 pism. (e) the law. If the tenderer has a valid entry in the list of economic operators kept by the Public Officeprocurement, a document proving the fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 32 para. 1 pism.

The applicant proves economic and financial status according to the provision of - 33 of the Act: by expressing the bank or branch of a foreign bank or foreign bank. More detailed information on the economic and financial position of the applicant is given in section A.2.which are published in the profile of the contracting authority on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk and on the portal IS EVO.

1. Explanation on point II.2.7) Duration of the contract: The start date of 1.2.2020 is only foreseen; not binding, the actual date of commencement of performance will be known only on the date of the contract, which at the time of the announcement of theduring the procurement process. Contract termination date 31.10.2024 is binding. The contract is concluded for a definite period of time until 31.10.2024 or until the total price for the subject of the contract is exhausted, whichever comes first. The provisions of the first sentence of - 66 para. 7 of the Act, ie the contracting authority shall make an assessment of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to- 40 of the Act after evaluation of tenders pursuant to - 53 of the Act.

3. This procurement is carried out through IS EVO. IS EVO will be used for each termination in the procurement process, ie. the entire procurement process is carried out only electronically through the IS EVO. The contracting authority requires candidates to register in IS EVO. This registration is associated with certain prtail, therefore it must be done well in advance. Registration in IS EVO may be made by interested parties no later than the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders pursuant to this notice. Tenders, proposals and other documents and documents in public procurement pursuant to - 21 para. 6 of the Act shall be submitted in the statutory language, which is the Slovak language. If the document or document is drawn upin a foreign language, submitted together with its official translation into the statutory language; this does not apply to offers, proposals, documents and documents made in the Czech language. If a difference in their content is found, the decisive factor is an official translation into the Slovak language. Where necessary, clarify the information needed to draw up the tender and to demonstrate that the conditions of participation set out inWith this notice, in the tender documents or in other documents provided to the contracting authority, any of the interested parties may electronically request their explanation by means of IS EVO. Detailed information on the explanation can be found in the documentation. A security offer of 80, 000 is required by lawEUR. Detailed information on the composition of the security shall be given in the tender documents. All the costs and expenses incurred in preparing and submitting the tender shall be borne by the tenderer without any financial claim to the contracting authority, irrespective of the outcome of the procurement. The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authorityin accordance with - 39 of the Act. To complete and re-use the single European document, it is possible to use the free service available on the website of the Public Procurement Office https://www.uvo.gov.sk/united-european-document-for-public- procurements-602.html and at website of the European Commission https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espdlang=en.

11. The contracting authority declares that it will limitis the information required for the Conditions of Participation (concerning Part IV: Conditions of Participation Sections A to D of the Single European Document) per question with a yes or no answer (alpha: Global for all conditions of participation); whether economic operators meet all the required conditions for participation without the need to complete other sections of Part IV: Conditions for participation in the Single European Document.

12th The contracting authority may not conclude a contract with the tenderer or tenderers who are obliged to register in the public sector partner register and are not registered in the public sector partner register, or which subcontractors or subcontractors pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public-sector partners and on the amendment of certain conclusions, as amendedwho have an obligation to register in the public sector partners register and not to register.
