Extension of support for licenses for database servers for years 2019-2021

The subject of the public procurement is to provide licensing support within the framework of their renewal after the expiry of existing aid (ending on 31.12.2018). The subject matter must be implemented in the existing infrastructure and have the same characteristics as the existing database management system of the Contracting Authority and the operational-system for the database servers of the Advertiser. One of the types of Software Updates service is within the scope of the supportproblem solving, consultations in the form of the so-called electronic communication channel, product documentation. The subject of the public procurement is to provide licensing support in the framework of their renewal after the expiry of the existing aid (ending on 31.12.2018) . The subject fulfilled must be implemented-to the existing infrastructure and have the same properties as the existing database management system of the Contracting Authority and the operating system for the contracting database databases. One of the types of Software Updates service is within the scope of the supportwhen these are issued during the period of validity of the aid, search in knowledge databases, community discussions, problem solving assistance, consultations in the form of the so-called electronic communication channel, product documentation. Completing the professional capacity of the supplier proves by submitting: a) pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the ZZVZ in relation to the Czech Republic submitted(b) pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Law on the Registration of Records. a) ZZVZ documents on the right of establishment according to special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject of a public offer, especially documents proving the respective trade license or license. The Sponsor considers the compliance with these (nom correspondents): Providing software, information technology consultancy, data processing, hosting and related activities and web portals.
