RTE, anonymous company, is the manager of the French electricity transmission network.

As part of the renewal of the supply market of these products, the subject of this call for applications relates to:

- supply and distribution of software,

- servicess associated (support, maintenance, assistance, advice, support, expertise ... etc.).

The documents and attestations listed below must be written in French or be accompanied by a translation in French language certified in accordance with original by a sworn translator.

The candidate must address with his application to participate:

Candidate established in France:

- an extract of the iregistration in the Trade and Companies Register (prints K-bis), or identity card justifying registration in the trade register (original or copy), less than 3 months old in relation to the reply deadline ; or a receipt for the filing of a declaration at a business registration center for legal or natural persons in the process of being registered.was established outside France:

- a document emanating from the authorities holding the professional register or an equivalent document certifying this inscription or, for the companies being created, a document dating less than 3 months from the authority entitled to receive registration in the professional register and certifying the application for registration in the said register,

- a document mentioninghis identity and address or, where appropriate, the details of his ad hoc tax representative in France

For all candidates:

- in case of receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced,

- a statement on the duly signed and signed, to justify that it does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in Article 8 of Order No 2005-649 of 6.6.2005marches passed by certain public or private persons not subject to the code of the public marches, published in the official journal of the French Republic 131 of 7.6.2005.

Candidate forming part of the EDF group:

In order to make sure of the respect of the provisions of articles L. 111-10 et seq. Of the Energy Code, a candidate belonging to the EDF group (directly or indirectlya company of the EDF group) must produce in its application file a statement indicating the capital link it has with a company or companies of the EDF Group.
