The essence of the assignment is:

Waternet works for the Amstel, Gooi and Vecht Water Board and the municipality of Amsterdam.

What do we do for the water board

The assignment

Waternet intends to contract a solution for Identity and Access Management via a European tender. To this end she wants to award a contract for the delivery of a solution for Identity and Access Management to a supplier.

The essence of the assignment is in a nutshell:

1. apurchase and delivery (making available) of an IAM solution;

2. The input of IAM expertise in the field of technical and organizational aspects,

3. To draw up a phased plan in collaboration with Waternet regarding IAM functionalities and the organizational aspects thereof

4. The actual technical design and testing of the solution and contributions to the organisatorically required changes at Waternet

(Duration) Agreement

The Agreement consists of 2 phases divided into a supply and service part. The appointed maintenance phase is an emphatic third-line replacement when the responsible Agile team takes responsibility for this. The maintenance phase starts after the system has been fully implemented and put into operation-term of the Agreement is the time required for the development and implementation phase (up to 24 months) and then 4 years for on-demand maintenance. The Agreement can then be extended by one year each time, with the possibility for the Client and the Contractor to make the Agreement interim (and per renewal period of that year, but also in the initial 4 years).e terminate with a notice period of 3 months

Delivery:

IAM Solution provision and management

Making the IAM solution available, including the hosting and maintenance (third line back-up). The commissioning of the IAM solution including the hosting and maintenance of the realized configuration and links.

Services:

Based on the input from the organizational and technical knowledge regarding IAM, drawing up a phased and supported implementation plan for the realization of the initial set-up, in accordance with minimum PvE, so that the Client can use the offered IAM solution, and then the current system can be put out of use be 6 months from the start date agreement

Develop and deliver oneadvice to the Client for the continuation of the initial set-up of the IAM tool put into use - 6 months from the start date agreement

Award will take place on: • Best Price Quality Ratio (PKV) with the ratio 40% price - 60% quality
