BFH-IT wants to achieve the following goals with this tender: Main site: Berne - BFH-IT wants to use this The following objectives will be achieved by tendering:
- An enlargement of the potentially available Res and familiar with the BFH conditionssourcenpools
- shorter reaction times, calculable conditions
The BFH is looking for partners who
- can contribute to the BFH-internal rolling resource planning
- have proven themselves in the educational environment
- willing to enter into a framework agreement with the BFH
- broad and are professionally positioned in the IT service business
We are looking for the following profiles (different senioretaetsstufen):
- Integration Developer
- Application Developer
- Business Analysis
- Consulting
- Project Management
A maximum of three vendors will be awarded in the tendering process.
The framework contract will last four years with a four-year extension option. For concrete projects, individual contracts with one of the partners for the respective project / project are signed offclosed.
Partial offers are not permitted.
Negotiations: no negotiations are held. The prohibition of cantonal bargaining applies.
Remediation of appeal: this invitation to tender can be challenged inertly 10 days after publication with complaint to the Education Directorate of the Canton of Bern, Legal Service, Sulgeneckstrasse 70, 3005 Berne. A possible complaint must be an Antrag, the statement of facts and evidence, a reasoning and a legally binding signature. This publication and tangible evidence must be enclosed.
Comments (deadline for written questions) the questions will be answered until the 4th of August.
