The subject of the order is the provision of a prospective authorservice and support services, technical support services and downstream activities of the Banska Bystrica Tajov data center for hardware and software products for the selection of prepaired systems .. The subject of the contract is the provision of authorized service / support services, technical support services and download activities of the Banska Bystrica Tajov data center for hardware and software products to be selected prevailThe public procurement may be awarded to an economic entity which fulfills the exigent terms of participation in the personal status under Section 32 (1). 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The Applicant proves that he fulfills the conditions of his or her personal status under -32 ods. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. 1 letter. e) the law requires the applicant to prove that he is entitled to provide any of the services covered by this order.

An economic entity having the status of a legal person to exercise personal status under Section 32 1 letter. (a) the law is also required to submit an extract from the criminal record for-the person entitled to the General Prosecution of the Slovak Republic. The obligation to submit an extract from the criminal record of a legal person results from Act no. 91/2016 Z.z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws, which came into force on 1 July 2016.

The economic entity can prove fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status entered on the listunder Article 152 (1). 1 law. The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. (2) The public contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the applicant-proves that the conditions for participation in public procurement have been met. The tenderer shall also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant. The entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the regulations in force until 17 April 2016 shall be entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of the recorded facts. prto show compliance with the terms and conditions for the personal status of each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the procurement which it is intended to ensure. The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. 1 single lawEuropean Standards of the Czech Republic pursuant to - 39 of the Act.

Required is the submission of original or certified copies of all documents submitted. 1 letter. d) the law. It is recommended that the contract documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP") be requested by a written request in the Slovak language deliveredelectronically at the email address of the contact person referred to in point I.1) and within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2. of this notification. The contracting authority will provide the application form exclusively in electronic form to the e-mail address of the tenderer, as specified in the application for the SP. 3. The communication language in this public tender is the Slovak language.

4th Explanation of the information necessary for the preparation of the tender and for proof of compliance with the terms and conditions, the contracting authority shall provide, without delay, at least 6 days before the expiry of the time limit for submitting tenders, provided that the request for clarification is delivered to the contact person's email address referred to in point I.1. pre.

5th In the case of communication, the Procurer of Procedureis in line with Section 187 (8) of the Act. The term "electronically" or " "in electronic form" means communication carried out by means of an e-mail which the public service provider considers to be a form of communication. Loans associated with the part in this public tender are of interest to the full bidder / bidder without any charge to the public purchaser. Supplier group notand to establish a legal form, but it has to be determined by the group's suppliers. All members of such a group of suppliers set up to provide the subject matter of the order are required to give the power of 1 of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members of the group of suppliers and to accept the instructions in this procurement, communications / responsibilities in the process of performance of the contract. In the event of accepting a supply from a group of suppliers, the group of contractors shall be required to conclude and submit to the contracting authority a contract in which I will clearly determine the rights and obligations of the part which will participate in the fulfillment of the bid as well as the fact that all the members of the group suppliers are boundalso from the debts to the public purchaser jointly and severally.
