Call for tenders, via an open online procedure for the awarding, for a duration of 5 years, with a 2-year renewal faculty and option of a possible extension of 180 days, of the serviceI of implementation, maintenance and assistance of the information system for the management of oncological screening, of cardiovascular screening and of the surveillance plan for the population exposed to perfluoroalkyl substances for the healthcare companies of the Veneto region

As the tender procedure is managed with the electronic system called Sintel, the candidates can extract the tender documents also by consulting the Sintel platform at the address: www.arca.regione.lombardia.it. It is the responsibility of the competitors to visit the aforementioned internet pages before the deadline for submissionof offers, in order to verify the presence of any supplementary or explanatory notes. The communications and exchanges of information between the CROC UOC and the bidders will take place, pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, through the Sintel platform. Possible clarifications can be requested to the UOC CRAV through the Sintel platform, no later than the fourteenth day (14 gg) prior to the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders indicated in the tender notice. In this sense, the date of receipt of the communication on the Sintel platform by the UOC CRAV will prevail. Requests must include the subject of the tender followed by the wording: request for clarification. Within 6 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the UOC CRAV will proceed to publish on the Sintel platform, as well as on the profile of the customer, the answers to the questions that have been requested in due time. In the aforementioned site, as well as on the client's profile, the outcome of the final adjudication tender will also be published. The contractual clauses set forth in the protocol of legality sot apply to this assignmentsigned by the Veneto region on 17.9.2019, for the purpose of preventing attempts to infiltrate organized crime in the field of public works, services and supplies contracts, which can be consulted on the website of the regional council: http: //www.regione.veneto .com / web / public-works / protocol-of-legality.
