Purchase of DocLogix Maintenance Services for Document Management System (IRD-D12-85)

The Department of Informatics and Communications under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania intends to acquire the DocLogix document management system for the Ministry of the Interior and hereinafter referred to as DVS) care, support and counseling services

Services of the Ministry of the Interior and DocLogix Document Management System of the Ministry of the Interior with a maximum duration of up to 1500 (one thousand five hundred) hours for a period of 12 months. Services will be ordered by the Contracting Authority as required. The Contracting Authority is not obligated to order the total amount of services specified.

DVS maintenance services include:

1) telephone consultation

2) consultingService Provider Service System;

3) DVS Errors and Critical Errors Corrections

DVS Development and Other Outsourced Services are Provided to Customer`s Need
