The contracting party wishes to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with a supplier of supply of project and program management. ITP runs a number of development and integration projects where theyThe work is based on the waterfall model and the agile principles. The contracting authority therefore requests consultants in the following categories: Junior project managers, Project managers, Senior project managers 8 years, Senior project manager 12 years and Partners.first introductory offer. The first introductory offer will form the basis of the round of negotiations. The contracting party reserves the right to enter into an agreement on the basis of any initial offer, including the first introductory offer. The first negotiating meeting is carried out as soon as the first preliminary offer is not awarded. The contracting authority may call for further negotiation meetings, as soon as it shows

Applicants must submit ESPD with information on equity for the past 3 years. In order to gain access to the tender documents, the applicant must be registered or register as a user. AnsAccording to the procedure in the tender specifications, the applicant may ask the client in the electronic supply system, EU Supply, written questions.

As his application, the applicant must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the provisions in section 148 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 1-3, the mentioned conditions. In the case of an association of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each participantEconomic operators. If the applicant is based on other entities' assets, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities to which it is based.

The applicant will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the applicant is covered by the provisions of sections 135 and 136 of the tendering act. mandatory exclusion grounds, unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence that it isin accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

The applicant will also be excluded from the tendering procedure if the applicant is covered by the provisions of section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, paragraph 2, voluntary exclusion basis.

Before the award decision, the tenderer whose contractor intends to award the contract must provide evidence of the information provided in the ESPDpursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.

Subcontractors who apply for math base their financial and financial form or technical and professional form must submit a declaration for the information provided in the ESPD. that the company will apply jointly with the main supplier for the implementation of the framework agreement, cf.k. 1-2.

The tenderer's application and any offers must be submitted in Danish. The offer should, however, contain concepts and short descriptions in English, provided by themt serves to understand the application or offer, e.g. when an indication or denomination in Danish is not true. The contracting party, however, reserves the right to disregard the parts of the offer that are not made in Danish.
