Services
SW of evolution The contract has as services: the provision of professional services and software application development Najman, but not exclusively in the performance of activities SHMU - quantitative and qualitative monitoring of air quality and water. The activities covered by the contracts include:

The subject of the offer of services: providing professional services and development of software applications, but not exclusively in the fields of performing SHMU activities - quantitative and qualitative monitoring of air and water status. The activities covered by the contract include: - - data collection using the user interface, - processing of data (data or documentmonitoring and evaluation, - integration of data and information with / into various interfaces within and outside the organization, - automation of work activities and processes, - development of sw models, describing events in the atmosphere and hydrospheres, creation of other sw models for the needs of the institution,
- interpretation of data and information and their subsequent visualization (in the form of tables, mapsej resp. other - - archiving of outputs resulting from the processing of data and information, - provision of data to users and the public in the form of Internet applications or Portals, - provision of data to users and the public, or in the form of closed interfaces or OpenData

1.The adjudicator must meet the conditions in part mentioned in - 32 par. 1of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the applicants according to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 or par. 5 of the Act on Public Procurement by submitting original documents or their certified copy 2. According to Section 37 par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act a group of suppliers proves that the conditions for participation in the public procurement of personal status for each member of the grouptne. 3. The adjudicator in the public procurement may prove fulfillment of the conditions in part entered in the list of economic subjects within the meaning of - 152 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement.
4. According to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act, the applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving fulfillmentthe terms and conditions laid down in part by the Contracting Authority by the Single European Document (hereinafter JED). Communication and exchange of information in public procurement shall be carried out by electronic means, within the meaning of - 20 of the Act 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement. The communication of the service for the purpose of this procurement shall be carried out by a designated functionon-line eZakazky on portal www.ezakazky.sk. I will provide each of the registered interested parties with the information on the communication portal www.ezakazky.sk without limitation. To request and provide the tender documents:
a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser via e-mail address www.ezakazky.sk,
b) clicks the name of the order,
c) clicks nand d) to join the system in the following way:
d1) if the economic entity already has an account established in the system, it will log in directly with its login data already provided (in the case of forgotten login data, the possibility of sending the login data electronically on the electronic address;
d2) if the economic entity has not established an account in the systeme, clicks on the Registry and follows the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk. To the interested party, I will be pleased to provide the tender documents and any other documents related to the tender documents specified by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of conditionsparts of the procurement, tender documents or other accompanying documents or other documents provided to the contracting authority may be requested by any interested party sufficiently in advance to explain them directly through the electronic system www.ezakazky.sk

The above procedure applies even if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. The above mentioned procedure of compulsory registration on the portal of the income statement also applies if the economic entity acquiresAccounts from the profile of the contracting authority on the UVO page or otherwise.
2. In keeping with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has identified the above mentioned communications, in the case of communications, the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the tender documents does not express any individual communicationbitter cases. Further details regarding electronic communications are provided in the tender documentation. Since the Vestnika public procurement agent in the formula calls for the submission of the VO announcement (s) limits the number of characters that can be inserted in this formula into a text attribute field, it is not possible to detail the terms of the electronic communication in the text. Podredefining and determining the delivery of documents and communication with interested parties and tenderers; the contracting authority submits it in the tender documents.
