Delivery of consultancy services to ATP - Java developers

ATP provides a framework agreement regarding consultancy services to cover ATP's current need for Java development consultancy.

ATP provides a framework agreement with three suppliers that can supply both Front and Backend Java developers to ATP. Java developers must be able to deliver online web solutions with integration to SAP and DB2 back-end services, primarily displayed under Virk.dk and Borger.dk

Java developers will be associated with various tasks in bathing water and agile projects in ATP after needs where they will perform the work under the instructions of an ATP employee. The tasks can be both shorter and longerrighed. The developer will basically work on an ATP workplace.

The framework agreement includes consultancy assistance in Java development primarily related to the following technologies and tools:

Technologies: Java 8, Jenkins, CSS, Angular 6 (CLI), Typescript, JSON Rest, Bootstrap, HTML5, NPM, Servlets, Maven.

Worthy: Quality Center, Microsoft VSTS, GIT, WAS, Intellij, Subversion.

Ans0ger skAlready in the ESPD of Mercell, provide the following information:

Average average amount of the applicant for each of the last 3 available accounts

Before the award decision, the tenderer to whom the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide proof that the information in the ESPD is correct. The ESPD serves as a preliminary proof that applicants meet the minimum eligibility requirements-Relation to Economic and Financial Capacity.

When the contracting entity requests it, the following financial and financial documentation must be provided:

The company's balance sheet or extracts thereof in the last three available financial statements. Safeguarding the balance of the balance sheet is statutory in the country where the company is established., or other documentation of the size of the equityAssociation of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating companies in the association. Prior to the contractor's decision to award the contract, the Tenderer which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide documentation for the information provided in the ESPD in Mercell, cf. Section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act. For bidders who are hIn Denmark, the documentation may be issued by a service certificate issued by the Danish Commerce and Industry Agency upon request.

Safely answering is based on the form of other entities (eg a parent or subsidiary or subcontractor) must submit supporting statements or other supporting documents, that the applicant actually rows over this form, cf. section 144 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 2. SSupporting cable is attached to the tender documents. The contracting entity requires that the applicant and the legal entity upon which the applicant bases his financial and financial form shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract. The requested entity (s) must provide independent versions of the ESPD in Mercell.

Participation in the offer can only be done electronically via the contractor-used electronic tender system (Mercell), see the address of the contract notice, point I.3). The safely application contains several versions (versions) of the same document, the latest uploaded version will be applicable. All communication in connection with the procurement procedure, including questions and answers, must be made via Mercell. Ans0ger answers the ESPD directly in Mercell as a preliminary prooffor those in section 148 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1-3. Proof of proof is:

1) Applicants are not covered by grounds for exclusion, cf. below, and

2) Applicants meet the minimum minimum eligibility requirements for economic and financial capacity as well as technical and professional capacity set out above in points III.1.2) and III.1.3). The contracting entity must exclude an ans0from participation in the procurement procedure, whose applications are subject to the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in sections 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act. In addition, the contracting entity will exclude requests from participation in the procurement procedure if they are covered by an exclusion basis in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, 6 or No. 7, unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence that the denne is palatable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. Before the contractor's decision to award the contract, the Tenderer which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide evidence of the information provided in the Single European Procurement Document (ESPD), cf. Section 159 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 2. For tenderers who are homeowners in Denmark, the documentation uis issued by a service certificate issued by the Danish Enterprise Agency on request. Safeguard applications are based on other entities' formea (eg a parent or sister company or subcontractor) section. III.1.2), must submit supporting documents or other evidence confirming that the bidder actually rows over this form, cf. section 144 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 2. Template for pDeclaration of Confirmation, which may be used by Applicants, is attached to the tender documents. The contracting entity requires that the applicant and the legal entity on which the applicant bases his financial and financial form be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract. Any units that the applicant bases on must also fill ESPD electronically directly in Mercell.

The contracting entity may use the procedure in the tenderoven section 159, paragraph 1 5 whose applications or offers do not meet the formal requirements of the tender.

In relation to point II.1.6), it is noted that the reason for not dividing the contract into subcontracts is that it is estimated that better prices and lower transaction costs can be obtained by not to divide the framework agreement into several subcontracts.
