The purpose of the procurement is to satisfy Kungsbacka municipality with an e- archive and an intermediate archive
The purpose of the procurement is to satisfy Kungsbacka municipality with an e-archive and an intermediate archive
Scope / Volume
The operating system must be used in all of Kungsbacka municipality's operations and by the municipal archive. The operating system will be used by approximately 25 number of users assigned to the following user groups:
System selector
Technical system manager
IT technician
Developer information transfer
File manager
Archive editor
registrar / Administrator
It must be possible to allowThe procurement includes:
An e-archive as a product that includes both end and intermediate archives.
An info-posting project in which it:
Installation of the system in production environment
Installation of the system in test environment
Three pilot deliveries to the end archive. The pilot deliveries must take place in instafacilitated environment and is done with production data.
Three pilot deliveries to intermediate archives. Pilot deliveries must take place in installed environment and be done with production data.
Migration of metadata and general documents from the current e-archive to new e-archive (final archive).

Delivery time
Kungsbacka municipality finds writing agreements for new e archive during the 2019 harvest. Infodata and migration of data is estimated to start in January 2020 with delivery approval no later than June 2020.
