Implementation of an IT system supporting management of the development of the scientific potential of the Koszalin University of Technology and granting a timely license

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting a timely license and implementationIT system supporting the management of the development of the scientific potential of the Koszalin University of Technology, maintenance of the system by the Contractor and implementation of the training program for the Employer`s employees in the scope specified in the ToR and annexes to the ToR.

I. The subject of the contract includes the granting of a timely license and implementation of an IT system supporting development managementscientific potential of the Koszalin University of Technology, maintenance of the system by the Contractor and implementation of the training program for the Employer`s employees:

1. The license for the IT system in the "Software as a Service" formula supporting the management of the development of scientific potential and enabling the estimation of the scientific category for individual scientific disciplines, meeting the specificationfunctional.

2. The system implementation service supporting the management of the development of scientific potential by the system provider.

3. System maintenance service, help desk maintenance by the system provider during the license period for 36 months.

4. Implementation of a training program for the Employer`s employees in the field of managing their scientific achievements.

5. Substantive counseling and consultationwith contractors and the Employer authorities

The Contractor will meet the condition if he demonstrates that: if acts impose an obligation to have yestheir rights.

The Purchaser does not set a detailed condition in this regard.
