HRM municipality of Utrecht
The municipality of Utrecht (hereinafter: the Municipality) wants to conclude a multi-year agreement with regard to the delivery and management of a personnel and salary administration system, including services for salary processing (hereinafter: PSA) (parcel 1), a system for performing tasks in the field of recruitment and selection of personeel (lot 2) and a system for hiring management of staff (lot 3).
