Digital transformation of entrepreneurship

The main objective of the project is to upgrade C .MHI, to make it a modern and complete record for the benefit of businesses andadministration. The project envisages the development of interoperability with other public registries, based on the once only principle. Businesses must declare once in a single point the information necessary for Public Administration. This principle should be served both during the business start-up phase and throughout the business life cycle.The aim is to reduce bureaucracy for businesses by reducing administrative burdens. For the submission of financial statements, there will be a study of the submission of financial statements with internationally recognized standards (such as iXBLR or XBLR). Collection and analysis of data and information stored therein. Finally, 270, 000 remote digital signatures will be provided formembers of the Central Union of Hellenic Chambers.

Main Site: The contractor will mainly provide its services at the premises of the contracting authority, but also at any other points that may arise from the requirements of the project.

The main object of the project is the upgrade of GEMI, so as to be a modern and complete register for the benefit of business and administration.

I) Specialistfurther, system and application development services will be provided:

1) The project requires the modification of services.businessportal.gr to support the digital submission / filing of the annual financial statements of the obliged entities (SA, E. PE, IKE and personal companies with unlimited responsible partners) at GEMI, through the use of developed archivesiXBLR or XBLR type.

2) Implementation of required interventions in the GEMI system, taking into account the provisions of Part C `of Law 4281/2014.

13) development of interoperability with: AADE, EFKA, Police Registry, Registry Office, Hellenic Post Office Justice, Rural Development, Merchant Shipping, Anti-Money Laundering (...), Immigration Policy, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ..

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this, are required to pursue a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registries kept in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to the AppendixA of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, must be registered ifprofessional or commercial registries.
