Setting up an ethical solution and third-party assessment compliance

Paris Airport (parent company and its subsidiaries ) wishes to evaluate its business partners (customers, suppliers, JV partners, co-contractors in the broad sense), afterwards, in compliance with the laws in force, with a reliable and agile tool allowing centralized control and control. In this context, A-roport de Paris wishes to be accompanied by an external company to define and implement the solution most suited to its needs in this area. Paris Airport is subject to the Sapin II law, the Potier law and, because of its activitiesinternational, may be subject to US (FCPA) and UK (UKBA).

Main Site: All sites A-roports de Paris.

Framework agreement subject to a confidentiality agreement whose terms are described in III.1.4).

The market is aimed at setting up an ethical solution and third-party evaluation compliance with a reliable and agile interface for an effective evaluation management.ns. The third party appraisal tool deployed at the parent company and its subsidiaries should: - take into account the recommendations of the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA) and the third party evaluation procedure ADP Group, as well as the requirements of the applicable anti-corruption laws including the US FCPA and UK BA,

- propose a solution covering third-party valuations provided bythe Potter law. On request from A-roports de Paris, this solution will be activated and its valorization will be foreseen in the BPU on a separate line.

2 levels of evaluation are foreseen in the group procedure.

In 1 level of evaluation the tool must analyze at least the following criteria:

- identification of beneficial owners,

- verification of the identity of the company and the beneficiaries effectivelyin particular legal existence,

- presence of politically exposed persons,

- existence of international sanctions in progress or having ended for less than 5 years including embargo (country / persons),

- existence of the violation of a embargo,

- convictions of the corporate officers, the company and the PEPs over the last 5 years,

- elements of reputation (negative press).The documents to be submitted in order to apply are:

- the Company Information Form (FRE) filled in (this form is to be completed by the candidate via an online entry form directly accessible in his Spartacus account),

- the K -bis,

- a commercial presentation of the proposed solution as well as customer references where the application has been implemented.will be examined taking into account the technical and financial guarantees and capabilities they present as well as the professional references of the candidates.

The candidates will be able to propose one or several variants to the specifications written by A-roports de Paris. The variant (s) must allow to amimprove the qualitative and / or economic performance of a market.

The elements of the variant both technically and financially can be discussed and adjusted during negotiations.
