Supply, Implementation, Maintenance and Operation of an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) - Software as a Service

This contract refers to the provision, implementation, installation, operation and maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for The Cyprus Institute. The Cyprus Institute wishes to implement an ERP system covering the functional areas of Accounting, Budgeting, Payroll, Human Resource Management, Assets and Facilities Management. The ERP will support a wide range of activities and functions and it will facilitate the effective and efficient management and control. The Contractor undertakes to implement the system and provide the relevant application and system software licenses needed as well as the appropriate training for its operation and will also maintain and operate it for a period of five years.
