MAVImplant is a 3D construction tool for a virtual workplace model. It helps its user (craftsman for example) to arrange its spaces, the positioning of its equipment, the organization of the batiment, in order to optimize its working tool while taking into account the good practices of the prevention of the occupational risks

Passage of a market of services of intellectual benefits having for object the study and the development of version 2, of the software MAVImplant, designated by, as well as the performance of third-party maintenance services (operating and application) of the software.
This market consists of a single batch. It is in the form of a sliced market, in accordance with the stipulations of the Administrative Conditions (CCA).
The contracting authority chooses not to allot this market. Indeed, technically and economically, it appears that thedevelopment of MAVImplant 2, as well as the necessary third-party maintenance services throughout the life of the software, must be carried out by the operator who performed the study and development services of this tool.
The candidate must not be in one of the situations in which bidding is prohibited (referred to in Article 45 of Order 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating toThe execution of the contract may be entrusted only to candidates with the necessary technical and financial legal capacity. The contracting authority approves of these capacities.
