Provision of a standard quotation and contractualization solution (2 lots), support services and additional services

Colissimo, the La Poste group's Parcels BU wants to set up a standard solution (and / or partially specific) of listing and contracting in order to optimize the listing process, and more-the CPQ solution must allow the sales force to carry out pricing simulations and offer its customers a discount based on average costs and not degrading the profitability. user estimate is 250-2000.

It will be used by:

- the sales force to edit commercial proposalss proposing to its customers a net rate calculated from a general tariff to which a discount has been applied,

- by the Business Development department to study and arbitrate the requests for derogations to the recommended discount rate,

- by the performance department commercial / ADV to pilot the activity.

The processing of the data of La Poste, including the accommodation must imperatively be localise within the European Union, a country of the European Economic Area, a country recognized as adequate by the European Union or a company adhering to the Privacy Shield. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.

The candidate will submit, on the platform Provigis (https://www.provigis.com/), the documentsnts below:

1) a K-bis or equivalence extract;

2) if it is in receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced;

3) a duly dated and signed on paper declaration. of the supplier, to justify that it does not enter into any of the cases referred to in 1 and a and c of 4 of Article 45 of Order No. 2015-899;

4) the certificates issued by the Administrations and goldCompetent authorities certifying that the candidate is not in a banning case mentioned in Article 45 (2) of Order No 2015-899, ie: - - a certificate of vigilance issued by Urssaf,

- a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax or income tax),

- a certificat, attesting to the regularity of its position with regard to the obligation of employment of handicapped workers;

5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work permit referred to Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, his date of hiring, his-nationality and the type and serial number of the title of the work permit. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in Articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code;

6) where applicable, the documents provided for in Article R. 1263-12 of the Labor Code. work in case of detachment of employees.

Criter 1: financial sustainability (30% weighted criterion).

The candidate wishing to answer via the DUME will submit it in pdf format and in xml format in a ZIP.

All documents that can not be scanned are returned by registered mail with acknowledgment-of reception or filing against receipt at the address of the contact point before the same dates and time limits.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the applicant is not required to provide the documents and information requested in this notice that can be obtained via an electronic system for making information available adminby an official body or a digital storage space accessible free of charge by La Poste and its subsidiaries.
