On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of exercising a license Activity in Austria as well as on the obligation gemaeIt is explicitly stated in -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who must obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification for the purpose of doing business in Austriato initiate a procedure as soon as possible, or in any case before the expiry of the offer period.
