The subject of the public order is "Supply of municipal transport management system for Miejska Zakład Komunikacjiacji Sp. z o.o. in Kutno within the framework of the project "Improvement of the public transport of the city of Kutno through the purchase of low-emission buses and modernization of transport infrastructure."

1. All system components provided to the Ordering Party are to meet the following requirements:

1) all system components they must be factory-made elements2) detailed description of the subject of the order taking into account all requirements of the Ordering Party in the scope of technical parameters is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference ("Detailed description of the ordering requirements" CD) and is an integral part of the order. they are in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the ToR.

7) the contractor's statement about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders drawn up in accordance with the model attached as Annex 7 to SI

8) the contractor's declaration of non-payment of taxes and local fees referred to in Act of 12.1.1991 on taxes and local fees (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1445)zone according to the model constituting Annex No. 7 to the ToR.

5.1. If the contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in points:

1) 4. point 2) - submit information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such register, another equivalent document issued by the competent authority judicial or administrative of the country in whichthe contractor has the seat or place of residence or place of residence has a person who is concerned with information or a document, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 item 13, 14 and 21;

2) 4. point 3) - 5) - submits a document or documents issued in the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence, confirming that: a) it is not in arrears, fees, insurance premiumssocial security or health care, or that it has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of such claims together with any interest or fines, in particular it has obtained the legally required exemption, deferral or payment in installments of overdue payments or suspension of enforcement of the decision of the competent authority in full; its liquidation was opened and bankruptcy was not announced.

5.2. Documentsent referred to in point 5.1. points 1) and 5.1. point 2) lit. b) it should be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of offers. Document referred to in 5.1. point 2) lit. a) it should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting offers.

5.3. If in the country in which the contractor has a registered office or place of residence or place of residence has a personba, the document concerned does not appear the documents referred to in point 5.1. it is replaced by a document containing the statement of the contractor, indicating the person or persons authorized to represent it, or a statement of the person to whom the document was to be submitted, before a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-government or economic authority-appropriate for the seat or place of residence of the contractor or place of residence of that person. The provisions of point 5.2. apply.

5.4. In the event of any doubts as to the content of the document submitted by the contractor, the Contracting Party may contact the competent authorities of the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence or the person whose document isHe wishes to provide necessary information regarding this document.

5.5. The Contractor established on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, which is referred to in the document indicated in point 4.2), submits the document referred to in point 5.1. item 1), to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 14 and 21 of the Act. If in-the country where the person is in the place of residence, whose document was to be related, such documents are not issued, it is replaced by a document containing a statement made by the person before a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-government or economic authority competent for the place of residence persons. The provision of point 5.2. the first sentence applies5.6. In case of any doubts as to the content of the document submitted by the contractor, the Contracting Authority may contact the competent authorities of the country in which the person concerned is residing for the necessary information regarding this document. The ordering party demands that the contractors pay a deposit in-PLN 81, 900.00 (say: eighty-one thousand nine hundred zlotys 00/100).

The bid bond must be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders, it is until November 22, 2018, until 12: 00
