Introduction of a central document management system (DMS) for company-wide administration of documents and information. Stadtwerke Ruesselsheim GmbH plans to introduce a central document management system (DMS) for company-wide management of documents and information in several phases. In the first project phase die Introduction of the electronic archive with basic DMS functions, workflow and the implementation of e-mail archiving. Other already identified topics will be implemented in the next project phases. In addition, a continuous further development of the system towards the company-wide DMS is being considered.
