The LWL Psychiatry Alliance intends to implement a learning management system with an integrated authoring system. The LWL Psychiatry Alliance intends to Implement learning management system with integrated authoring system. We are looking for a servicepowerful, practice-oriented and flexible software that is intuitive to use and supports all types of digital training and education. Standard learning contents for defined compulsory instructions (in health care) are to be made available by the provider, continuously updated and adapted to changed framework conditions (eg changes in the law).

Wanted-a full service provider (cloud solution as SaaS) with a rental solution and usage-based billing. The usage-based lump sum should include all services that are necessary for the operation of the solution. This essentially includes the provision of the software, the IT infrastructure, a certified data center in Germany as well as hosting and maintenance.

Listing and short-Description of conditions:

The following information is to be provided with the offer documents:

- to the company (name, street, zip code, city, contact person, telephone, telefax, e-mail, legal form, type of economic activity, district court, commercial register no., Authorized representative, birth name, date and place of birth and nationality of natural persons),

- subcontractors (name, Anschrift, name of the sub-service signature),

- to the consortium (name of the sub-service, name, address, signature, name of the authorized representative),

- to insolvency proceedings (insolvency proceedings, liquidation).

In addition, a self-declaration must be made. that the bidder:

- has registered his trade (if necessary) and the lawobligations, eg. For example, paying and paying taxes and social security contributions and registering health insurance companies with the sickness fund,

The bidder / consortium additionally assure that in -- 123, 124 GWB aufgExcluded exemptions do not apply to them. If, in deviation from this, one or several exclusion statutes apply, these are to be explained in a separate annex and the measures taken, if any, in accordance with Art. - 125 GWB.

The client is authorized to check the information provided by the bidder at any time and to obtain appropriate information orTo request confirmations. The Bidder is aware that a presumptively incorrect declaration made in the award procedure can lead to its exclusion from participation in the Contest.

Furthermore, a statement must be made that the conditions for exclusion pursuant to Section 19 (1) MiLoG not present.

The client expressly reservesor to request missing information and explanations, as well as to verify the information provided by the tenderer and to demand reliable evidence from the tenderer for this purpose. The client reserves the right to demand the proof of suitability of the employed subcontractors, which are also requested for the tenderer.
