March of services for the realization of a software dedicated to the management of the certifications daunder the PEB heating-air-conditioning regulations in the Brussels-Capital Region, as well as for associated services.

The tenderer produces the single European market document, which consists of a clean self-declaration and is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued bythe public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate is concerned:

1) is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the criteria of applicable selection that have been established in accordance with Article 71 of the law of 17.6.2016.
