Tender for a modern cloud based CRM platform

Tender for a modern cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

The scope of Services (the "Scope of Services") for the tender comprises to acquire a modern cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that can be used by Sales B2B and any other 0rsted entity with a need to use a Cloud Based CRM platform. As Sales B2B will be the first user of the platform requirements in this tender is to some extend derived from the needs of Sales B2B.

This project aims to consolidate all commercial processes on 1 CRM-platform that will be flexible enough to handle future requirements. Today, the scattered nature of 0rsted's CRM platforms, as well as different implementations of sales processes and customer views, adds a level of unnecessary complexity to the management of the business and hinders full transparency across markets.
