March for the acquisition of software and services for the implementation of a new IS for the EDF Purchase Bonds

Provision and implementation of a contract management, billing and producer relationship management solutionpurchase of EDF as part of the overhaul of the AOA IS.

EDF is launching a project to replace the existing AOA IS with a homogeneous IS capable of:

- Integrating the new challenges related to the harmonization and reliability of business process and the strong growth of the activity (ever-increasing data volumes),

- To allow an acceleration of the production of contracts by procesAutomated and harmonized between EDF and the producers (dematerialisation and electronic signature),

- Operate the billing chain from data (quantity of energy produced) provided by the producers and produce the auxiliary accounting

- To allow a 360 vision of the producers' data

- To have a great capacity of adaptation notably to take into accountfrequent legislative evolutions and to reduce the impacts on the teams, by offering possibilities of parametrage, directly to the hand of the trade. (For example, to be able to create complex contracts by parameterization)

- To propose functionalities of piloting activities (operational, decisional and reporting) and individual tasks,

- To exchange data with ISThird party

The candidate must provide a declaration dated and signed honoring that it does not enter any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance n2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subgroups.In case of absence of proof, the application may be rejected.

The economic and financial capacity of the candidates will be evaluated via the following aptitude criteria:

- What is your overall turnover in MEUR in France, in Europe in the World for the years 2016/2017. (Informative)

- Please provide your company's balance sheet and income statement for the 201's6/2017 to justify your financial sustainability. (Informative)

- What is your dependency rate (CA realizes / global sales) compared to your first customer in France, in Europe, in the world in the years 2016/2017. (Informative)

- What is your total turnover in MEUR realized with EDF on the years 2016/2017. (Informative)

- References of important customers relating to thesubject of this notice, as well as the turnover achieved with them in France and Europe where applicable, for the last two financial years (2016/2017) (Informative)
