Its purpose is the following services:

Its purpose is the following services:

- the software version migration service,

- the renewal of maintenance andright to use the Mule enterprise version software, - the associated services.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders. The minimum amount is fixed at 150, 000 EUR HT or 180, 000 EUR (TTC). There is no maximum amount. The framework agreement is enforceable from its date of notification to the holder and for a fixed period of 3 years.

- price: 70 points scored on the basis of the Estimated Quantitative Detail (DQE) relating to services 1 and 2 of BPU selwe formulate it (the lowest offer / the offer considered) x 70,

- technical value: 30 points based on the response framework methodology for migrating our applications to a Mule V4 target: 15 points. Maintenance process: 10 points. Methodology of technical services: 5 points.
