The subject of this contract is the out-of-warranty support of the Hospitalization and Dehospitalization Event Registration System

1 Krichim Str. Support for Registrationour hospitalization and de-hospitalization event system (Registration System)

1.1. Maintenance of the Registration system includes the removal of hidden program errors and defects, which occurred during the normal functioning of the configured environment (operating system, database, application server, hardware and networks) and at power supply continuity, leading to:

- reductionRegistration system performance,

- Data synchronization issues when switching the client part from offline mode to online mode,

- producing incorrect results with correct input data,

- Registration system failure in non-deterministic states ( "Blocking", "falling asleep") due to incorrect input data, software and other errors, orprolonged work,

- a significant drop in productivity occurring during congestion, increased database capacity, or automatic archiving, indexing, etc.,

- failure to produce a result in the expected response time.

1.2 . The scope of support also includes:

- Diagnosing a reported problem to ensure that it functions properlyRegistry System

, - Consultation to troubleshoot the proposed environment configuration (operating system, database, application server, hardware, and networks) used by the application, including changes to the on-site software infrastructure configuration,

- the restoration of an up-to-date archive of the Registration System and data provided by the NHIFthey in case of possible failure due to errors in the Registration system,

- elimination of errors occurring after systemic disaster recovery after exceptional events (eg power failure or hardware failure),

- expert support of NHIF users who are users of the Registration System, by telephone and e-mail during business hours (9am to 5pm): 30 hours every working day of the week),

- monthly on-site prophylaxis of the server component of the Registration System and preparation of a statement of findings with identified problems or lack thereof.

1.3. Support includes interactions with third-party teams - external vendors of software or infrastructure components of the common architecture and services, by virtue of existingand contracts of the NHIF as well as of future ones and are coordinated and controlled by the NHIF.

1.4. Registration system support does not include development of new features.

2. Database maintenance with a detailed description in the technical requirements and specifications, Annex No. 1 to the contract documentation.

3. The contractor should provide a centralized maintenance management systema (help desk / service desk) with a detailed description in the technical requirements and specifications, Annex No. 1 to the contract documentation.

4. Participants should implement an information security management system in accordance with EN ISO 27001 or equivalent with a scope in the area of information systems support.The applicants shall submit a certified copy of a valid certificate of information security system implementation according to EN ISO 27001 or equivalent.

5. Participants should implement a service management system in accordance with EN ISO 20000-1 or equivalent in the area of information systems support.the private persons submit a certified copy of a valid certificate for the implemented system of management of services according to the standard EN ISO 20000-1 or equivalent. status of participants
