CPV Description: The consultation concerns a set of intellectual services of application maintenance and evolutions of the GED information system of the CNRS, based on the solution Everteam. The GED system is described in the CCTP of the consultation.

The framework agreement includes the following services:

- handling:

--taking control of the initial perimeter,

- handling of new applications developed by the CNRS or a third party,

- exit of the market,

- studies and expertise,

- design and realization of evolutions or new applications,

- corrective maintenance of GED domain applications and small evolutions,

- assistance to the MOE.

Applications and offers are obligatorily transmitteds in the form of an electronic version, in accordance with the provisions of Article 40-ii-2 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Candidates' attention is drawn to the fact that they can provide any additional element to justify their professional, technical and financial capacities.
