The purchase and implementation of a hospital wide integrated electronic patient record (EPD) with maintenance contract. Here-it is essential to offer an EHR that allows the hospital to fully fulfill its role in the hospital landscape in accordance with today's technology and ready for the requirements of tomorrow

This is a competitive procedure with negotiation

This procedure runs in 2 phases .

1) In a first phase (nomination) the tenderer will submit the application for participation. The tenderer showsin this respect he meets I.5 grounds for exclusion and qualitative selection, completes the UEA and signs the offer validly. The specifications are available informally to the potential tenderers.

The deadline for the application is stated in the publication. This is followed by the evaluation of the requests for admission by the hospital.

2) Only in the 2nd phase will the final be acceptedsite made available to the tenderers selected in the first phase. They will receive an invitation and a deadline for submitting the tender, and will be given sufficient time for this according to the legal guidelines.

The tenderer submits the Uniform European Tender Document that they have filled in, which consists of an updated self-declaration and that has been issued by the AA.the public authority shall be accepted as provisional evidence to replace documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties confirming that the tenderer concerned satisfies all of the following conditions:

1) he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Article 67; 69 of the law of 17.06.2016;

2) he complies with the applicableselection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17.06.2016
