The subject of the order is developede and implementation of interactive didactic aids in the form of three applications and a simulation game, as well as development and implementation of a mobile application for conducting educational activities as part of the "ABC Railway Campaign" project.

Main Site: Urząd Transportu Kolejowego, 02-305 Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 134.

Development and implementation of interactive teaching aids in the form of three applications onthe need to conduct educational activities in the area of railway safety and to provide interactive sets.

The subject of the orders includes:

1. development in terms of graphics and sound and the implementation of three applications for interactive boards, each of which consists of educational multimedia exercises, in particular:

a) design and execution of a graphic layoutnej,

b) design and implementation of the application operation mechanism,

c) development of application sound resources,

d) testing and introduction of corrections reported by the Employer,

e) execution of applications enabling their installation on the equipment indicated by the Ordering Party (described in point II.12.2.1) and their guarantee;

2. providing two interactive sets consisting of-from interactive boards, mobile tripods and multimedia projectors cooperating with applications, of which in point 1

3. implementation, carrying out the training and covering with warranty and technical support for the created applications and interactive kits.

The Contractor will demonstrate that he has financial resources or creditworthiness for an amount not less than

- in the scope of Part 1 PLN 60, 000

- inin the scope of Part 2 PLN 100, 000

- in the scope of Part 3 PLN 150, 000

On confirmation, information from a bank or cooperative savings and credit union confirming the amount of funds held or the Contractor's creditworthiness in a period not earlier than one month before the deadline for submission of bids.

Contractors who are not subject to exclusion may apply for the order-from proceedings based on art. 24 sec. 1 and par. 5 points 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 Pzp;

List of documents confirming no grounds for exclusion:

1) Uniform European Order Document

2) excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity,

3) information from National Register of Criminal Records,

4) certificate of the competent head of the tax office confirmingthat the Contractor is not in arrears with paying taxes or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent tax authority regarding repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, - 5) a certificate of the relevant local organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or another document confirming that-The Contractor is not in arrears with paying social security or health insurance premiums, or other document confirming that the Contractor has made an agreement with the competent authority regarding repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, - 6) Contractor's statement that he has not issued a final court judgment against him or the final administrative decision about defaulting on the payment of taxes(b) a declaration by the Contractor about the lack of a decision against him or her, or in the event of issuing such a verdict or decision of documents confirming payment of such claims together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding repayment of such receivables; as a preventive measure for the prohibition of recruitmentand for public orders,

8) declaration of the Contractor about not paying taxes and local fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on taxes and local fees (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 1785), 9) the contractor's statement about the lack of a final administrative decision against him in breach of obligations under labor law, environmental law orprovisions on social security in the scope specified in point 6.4 of the ToR (order documentation),

10) the contractor's statement on the lack of a final conviction of a conviction court for a restriction of liberty or a fine to the extent specified by the awarding entity on the basis of art. 24 section 5 items 5 and 6 of the Act on Public Procurement Law - 11) a declaration of belonging or absence ofbelonging to the same capital group. • The detailed requirements for the above documents are set out in the order documentation (SIWZ) in pt. 7.1-7.6.

Specific requirements as to the documents to be submitted: - the contractor having its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, - the contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to the personresiding outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, which concerns the document, specifies the order documentation (SIWZ) in pt. 7.7 - 7.9. The order documentation is available on the website in accordance with point. I.3 announcement about the order.

Other information

The ordering party does not provide for supplementary orders based on art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 Pzp.

Ordering party notsees the intent to conclude a framework agreement.

The orderer does not anticipate the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system.

The orderer does not anticipate the selection of the most advantageous offer with the use of electronic auction.

The ordering party does not provide for settlement in foreign currency. participation in the proceedings.
