Contract for a Support System for Questionnaires for Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and Central Norway Regional Health Authority

Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and Central Norway Regional Health Authority as well as underlying health trusts for both Authorities, shall procure a support system for questionnaires.
The procurement is for the purchase of a technical solution for the implementation of the organizations' internal surveys and studies with patients and the Health Agencies' (HF) external partners (GPs, municipal service, etc.).
The main purpose is the annual national employee survey (ForBedrin) for the above-mentioned regions. The survey is sent out to approx. 85 000 participants. Afterwards, approx. 6 000 reports are prepared, which are sent to the respective managers. In addition various questionnaires and mappings are prepared, with an emphasis on developing the organisation, working environment and competence.
Sykehusinnkj0p HF is making the procurement.
