Open procedure procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of the development, maintenance and management services of the CONSOB information system - ID 2115

It is admitted the participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the modalita of which to the articles. 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Competition Regulations;

b) the eligibility requirements are those indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the Competition Rules;

a) the capacity requirements financial statements are indicated in paragraph 7.2 of the Tender Guidelines

Each operator shall elect domicile, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the system dedicated to it and the certified e-mail address indicated in the application form.

As clarified in the tender regulations, operators will be asked to produce for each lot:

i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in doccompetition instrumentation;

ii) final guarantee pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

iii) insurance policy.

The auction base, which can not be exceeded, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, is subject to a reduction and equal to:

- lot 1: 14 430 487.80 EUR,

- lot 2: 15 973 271, EUR 80.

The unitary basis of auction subject to discount, are indicated in the tender documentation for each lot.

The tender will be awarded onon the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous bid on the basis of the best quality / price ratio.

Subcontracting is permitted within the limits and with the modalities indicated in the Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary.
