Open procedure tender pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the acquisition of services for the Information System of Taxation - ID 2013

And the participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in art. 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Competition Regulations;

b) the eligibility requirements are those indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the Competition Regulations.

Each operator shall electhomicide, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the system dedicated to it and to the certified e-mail address indicated in the application form.

Pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the present initiative is not divided into functional lots for the reasons expressed in the Competition Regulations.

As clarified in the Competition Regulations, for the operatori will be asked to produce:

i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation;

ii) final guarantee pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

iii) insurance policy.

The auction base can not be exceeded, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, subject to discount. The unitary auction bases subject to discount, are instated in the tender documentation.

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous bid criterion on the basis of: the best quality / price ratio.

Subcontracting is allowed within the limits and with the methods indicated in the Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary.
