Information services and integration of workflows

The data services and integration of workflows within the Big Data project represent the implementation of a part of the Competition Council's internal business flows that are essential as data sources for the Big Data platform operation. Inforthotics and integration of these flows (hereafter referred to as Project Streamline) contributes to completing the data sources needed for the Big Data project with data processed in workflows, transferring in electronic environment structured and unstructured data that are not yet consolidated at the institution level. Informatization and development of the flows, according to the informative modelthe Big Data platform developed by the Competition Council is mapped to the level of acquisition, control and data consolidation. They are thus one of the important data sources over which the Big Data type analysis services will be carried out.

The bidders, the members of the association, the third and the subcontractorsthese must not be found in the situations provided for in art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Mode of accomplishment: In the bidding period, the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the procedure, with information related to their situation. The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE urthe Mease may be presented, at the request of the Contracting Authority, only by the tenderer ranked I in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be: (a) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power to act(b) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, (c) other editing documents, as appropriate;2) Any economic operator that submitted the offer individually or in combination, subcontractor or third party, must not be in any of the situations provided by art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98/2016. The declaration on own responsibility for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 (avoidance of conflict of interests) of Law no. 98/2016 will also be presented by third-party supporters, including subcontractorstractants - by completing the DUAE. • Prior to awarding the contract, the economic operator who will rank first after applying the award criterion loads to SEAP, at the request of the contracting authority, updated supporting documents prin which demonstrates the fulfillment of all the qualification criteria, according to the information contained in the DUAE:

1) Statement regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98/2016; 2) Fiscal attestation issued by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (A.N.A.F.) for the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, taxes and insurance contributionsto the budgets of the consolidated general budget and to the local budget, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Romania or in the country where it is established. The certificate will be presented in the original / legalized copy / legible copy with the mention "according to the original". The tax certificates will have to certify that the bidder has no outstanding debts at the moment of presentation.If the first ranked bid is submitted by an association, each associate (including the leader) will submit the documents mentioned above. Statement of the company average for turnover ultimii 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) worth at least 5 040 000 RON without VAT, in the field of the object of the contract - Software development services to the extent that the turnover information is available.
