Social work services with accommodation. procurement and assignment of organization and management-unitary and integrated assistance services for the guest, the hotel assistance, the maintenance of the buildings and the works of arrangement necessary for the operation of the following structures:

- RSA of Lainate, located in via Marche 72; the Lainate RSA currently has a availability of 84 seats, of which 80 are accredited and 4 are destined for solvents, in addition to an Alzheimer group of 21 posof which 20 accredited and 1 for solvent patients; in total, the structure has 105 seats, of which 100 accredited and 5 solvents,

- RSD of Lainate, located in via Marche 72; RSD has 20 accredited positions and 1 solvent place available.

SERCOP, holder of regional accreditation for the RSA and RSD offer units, maintains the health management and managementwhich is the exclusive contractual relationship with the guests.

All the activities of organization and management related to the social and health assistance services, better indicated in the annexes to the tender documents, will be placed at the full charge of the manager, as well as all regulatory requirements in this area, including contracts related to utilities (gas, electricity, water, telephone, etc.), that is all the charges related to the disposal of waste, the ordinary maintenance of the structure and the green as well as the ordinary maintenance of the plants. In particular the services that are the object of tender are:

- assistance to the guest - performance principal comprising:

- nursing care,

- rehabilitative - rehabilitation assistance,

- core activities

, - social assistance and protection,

- podiatric service,

- personal hygiene services and the provision of incontinence and hygiene products,

- hotel assistance, secondary services comprising:

- catering,

- cleaning and sanitizing of facilities,

- laundry and wardrobe services,

- general services.

- interventthe ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the building and related appliances, including plants and outdoor areas and green - secondary performance.

Complementary services:

- preparation of hot meals for elderly users of the home care service,

- the performance of RSA open in accordance with the regional provisions in force (DGR 7769/2018). These services must be carried outwith the methods and contents described in the tender documents and related annexes, in compliance with the national and regional regulations in force in the sector.

Adjacent to the RSA RSD structures and located the Hospice owned by the Municipality of Lainate, entrusted with the concession of services to another person for the period 15.9.2015 up to 14.9.2025; the Hospice, the RSA and RSD share ststructurally and organizationally some spaces / premises. It is also foreseen at the charge of the contractor the construction of a new building to be used as a mortuary room, which will have to meet the general and specific technological requirements of the sector, whose placement is foreseen in the vicinity of the building intended for Hospice

The contract is awarded on the basis of the econous supply criterionmost advantageously identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 2, of the Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions).

To participate in the tender and request, under penalty of exclusion, the establishment of a provisional security deposit equal to 2% of total amount placed on the basis of the tender excluding VAT, in the forms econ the modalities described

In the art. 93 of Legislative Decree n. 50/16 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Following the communication of the award of the contract, the Company must proceed with the establishment of a final guarantee equal to 10% of the net contract amount in the manner, forms and amounts referred to in article 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions.

The amount of the garanzia and its possible renewal and reduced according to the measures and procedures set forth in art. 93, paragraph 7, of the Code.

The contract is financed with revenues from the right users and the Regional Health Fund.

The methods of accounting and invoicing of the services and payment of the consideration are governed respectively by art. 23 and 24 of the Tender Specifications.

The competitors must-produce declarations attesting to the absence of grounds for exclusion and possession of the requisites of professional suitability, economic and financial and technical-professional capacity necessary for admission to the tender, as indicated in articles 7.3, 15.2 (Single European Competition Document - DGUE), 15.3.1 of the Competition Regulations.
