Provision of a social service assistant ensuring social support for the staff of the Paris Michel-Ange delegation from the CNRS

This consultation relates to the provision of of a social service. The Paris Michel Ange delegation is looking for its human resources department, 1 service provider forset up on the site of the Gerard Megie campus (Paris 16) a social worker for the social support of the agents of the district.

The purpose of this consultation is to provide a service of social service. The Paris Michel Ange delegation is looking for a service provider for its human resources department who will set up on the Gerard campus siteMegie (Paris 16) a social worker for the social support of the agents of the district.

The service is performed on the basis of 21 hours per week, corresponding to 3 days per week (7 h per day), according to the description of the services indicated in article VI) of the specific clauses.

In accordance with article X of the consultation regulations, the candidate submits hisapplication and its offer dematerialized only on the PLACE State purchasing platform at the following address: https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr/ - All documents constituting the response presented by the candidate are written in French.

As an adapted procedure, the CNRS reserves the right to negotiate with the candidates presenting the 3 bestoffers, after a 1 ranking of offers established in application of the selection criteria mentioned in the consultation regulations, unless the number of bidders, having been admitted to submit an offer, is less than this number. The CNRS may negotiate with candidates who have submitted irregular or unacceptable offers. These negotiations are done by all means (electronic exchangess, hearings, etc.). In the case of hearings, the formalism and the framework of these hearings will be defined in writing by the CNRS and communicated to the candidates concerned via the PLACE platform. The participation of the social service assistant expected to perform the services will also be requested.

However, the CNRS also reserves the possibility of awarding the contract on the basisinitial offers without negotiation. The most economically advantageous offer is the one with the best final score. Applicants are therefore invited to submit their best proposal at the tender submission stage.
