Bidder consortia have to submit a legally binding declaration with the application, in which

- the formation of a working group in the case of an order is declared,

- all members are listed and one of the Wedmembers is designated as the authorized representative for the conclusion and implementation of the contract,

- it is confirmed that the authorized representative legally represents all members of the bidder / working group vis---vis the client,

- it is stated that all members are responsible for the performance of the contract joint and several liability,

- it is indicated which Mitlink which parts of the service / elements of performance are carried out or which areas are taken over.
