Delivery of employment-oriented efforts to the municipality of Viborg

The offer relates to the delivery of employment-oriented efforts to the municipality of Viborg. The efforts are maladjusted to persons who are looking for a flexible job cf. Act on Active Employment Activities Section 73c.

Main Site-: Viborg Municipality.

The offer relates to part of the employment-oriented efforts in Jobcenter Viborg. The agreement deals with delivery of a benefit loss to citizens on unemployment benefit in connection with outplacement for flex job or business practice. It should be noted in particular that the template group, cf. the Act on Active Employment (LAB) section 73c 3 must be able to choose between several actorsr why the 2 first-priority bidders cf. the award criterion will be awarded a contract. Both bidders must be able to receive citizens throughout the contract period according to their offer.

Estimated total annual consumption covered by the offer is estimated at approx. DKK 1 900 000 per annum and there are on average about 43 citizens / helars total in advance per. week 47 weeks about aret, fodivided by the two winning bidders.

The tenderer must confirm that the tenderer is not subject to the mandatory exclusionsgrounds for breach of section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 to 3 and - 136. - The tenderer must also confirm that the bidder is not covered by the following voluntary grounds for exclusion, in section 137 of the Public Procurement Act: - The tenderer has breached applicable obligations in the environmental, social or labor area, cf. the Public Procurement Act - 137, para. 1, No. 1, - The tenderer has declared bankruptcy or is unInsolvency or liquidation treatment or similar, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 2 - The tenderer in connection with the pursuit of his profession may be convicted of having serious objections which doubt the tenderer's integrity, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 3 - The tenderer has entered into an agreement for distortion of competition, cf. section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act.-1, No. 4 - The tenderer has materially breached a previous public contract and the breach has resulted in the termination of the contract or similar sanction, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 5 - The tenderer has tried and wrongfully attempted to influence the decision-maker's decision-making process, has obtained confidential information that may give the tenderer undue benefits or seriouslyhave given misleading information that may have a significant influence on decisions regarding exclusion, assessment of the minimum eligibility requirements, selection or award of contract, cf. section 137 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, item 6.

The tenderer must provide documentation on request with a certificate of service relating to the above exclusion grounds, and this service certificate may not exceede issued 6 men before the deadline.

Tenderers who are covered by one or more of the compulsory or optional grounds for exclusion will be excluded from participating in the offer.
