Expertises for the identification and activation of inactive persons

The purpose of the service is to identify, inform and motivate active behavior on the labor market of economically inactive youth up to 29 years, incl. who are not in education or training and are not registered with the Labor Office by applying innovative methods and approaches for identification and activation. The envisaged implementation nand the subject of the contract are the means for the contractors to identify, reach and make contact and activate the persons who will be registered in the Labor Office.

Main Site: The territory of the Sofia-city, Sofia-district and Pernik districts, finding, contacting and registering in the Labor Office of 266 inactive youths up to the age of 24 incl. and 66 inactiveour young people aged 25 to 29 inclusive, through the implementation of innovative approaches on the territory of the State Health Insurance Fund - Sofia. a public meeting which may be attended by participants in the procedure or their authorized representatives, as well as by representatives of the mass media. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA, when submitting the tender, the tenderer declares that there are no grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the EDES. The documents proving the information specified in the EDES may be additionally required under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPL. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPA before the conclusion of the public procurement contractThe tenderer designated as the contractor shall submit up-to-date documents certifying the absence of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria.
