District territorial educational service

Entrusting the management of the district territorial educational service.

Main Site: Municipalities of the Guspini social health district: Arbus, Gonnosfanadiga, Guspini, Pabillonis, San Gavino Monreale, Sardara, Villacidro. it has as its object the provision of educational interventions aimed at both the SETD recipient and the propcontext of reference, in compliance with the indications provided by the SSPC. The recipients of the SETD. all citizens are indicated by art. 4 of L.R. 23/2005 that are in conditions, even temporary, of partial or total non self-sufficiency, whether they are minors, adults, elderly or households in situations of particular difficulty. Access to the SETD is evaluated and authorized by the Seprofessional social service of each Municipality (hereinafter referred to as SSPC) and will be aimed at persons aged between 0 and 18 years, including those who, although of age, present problems that require an educational intervention. In particular, the SETD recipients are less: a) in situations of risk of marginalization with respect to the family and / or social context; b) reported and / or-entrusted to the Municipal Social Service by decree of the Juvenile Court; c) pupils in a situation of handicap and sensory impairment; d) in situations of relational difficulties; e) in situations of suspicion and / or ascertained abuse and mistreatment; f) with significant and important mental problems; g) belonging to family nuclei characterized by chronic care, con a continued treatment relationship with the SSPC. The SETD interventions / actions are also addressed to the families and the Community in general co-responsible for the educational functions in favor of minors. The objectives to be pursued with the start of SETD are: to guarantee observation, research and recovery of all the resources present within the family nucleus of min order to specifically prevent institutionalization; to value the family understood as an educating community and as an active subject in terms of resource in order to orient it and support it to adequately perform its role; to keep the minor in the family through the recovery of the potential resources of the family and the strengthening of the parental figures; to counteract and prevent forms of discomfort and social exclusion of juvenile delinquency; to seek and facilitate relationships and significant links with the community to which they belong and in particular with the social and educational agencies involved in it and interacting with them; educating respect for others, developing the ability to listen and communicate, to change and reduce aggressive behaviortherein; to valorize and support in the case of removal of the child from the nucleus of origin the institution of family custody; to support the parental figures in the case of removal of the child from the original nucleus

In order to favor the conditions for the child's return to the family; to promote and develop the potential of every disabled child within the school environment at the endand to promote the development of social skills through the creation of correct and satisfactory relationships with schoolmates and with teaching and non-teaching staff identifying methodological and instrumental strategies that facilitate the achievement of the objectives identified in the EIP; promote in the Community the culture of solidarity and social inclusion through companiesstrategic measures in favor of the population and the beneficiaries of the Service.
