Framework Agreement for Winter Care at Statsbygg`s [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property`s] Properties in Baerum

Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] requests tender offers for a framework agreement for: winter maintenance at Statsbygg`s [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property`s] properties in Asker and Baerum.

Main Site : Asker and Baerum.

This contract concerns winter maintenance such as snow clearing, snow removal, gritting, grading, etc. Service providers must primarily cover the works with their own employees.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property wants the service provider to provide permanent crew for the individual properties. Further requirements for the services to be provided are in the requirement specifications, Appendix 4.0. There may also be a need for simple operating assistance at some of the properties. This will be remunerated according to accrued time.

The tender for winter maintenance must be submitted as a fixed price per season. In some cases, there may be a need for additional work where a rapid response time from the service provider is of significant importance. Additional works will be remunerated according to the rates for works specified in the tender form.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Tenderers are required to have good financial implementation ability.

Tenderer shall provide a credit rating from an approved credit rating agency including the entire report with 3 years` financial statements and auditor report.

Credit rating, maximum 3 months old.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property retains the right to obtain their own credit rating.
