Open procedure for the assignment in aggregate form of the snow clearing service and anti-ice treatment for the winter seasons 2018 2019 - 2019 2020 - 2020 2021 -CIG 762306938B

The Municipalities of Borgo Virgilio, Curtatone, Marmirolo, San Giorgio and Bigarello have joined, as a result of the Convention, approved in their respective municipal councils, for coordinated managementof the single call for tenders for snow removal and de-ice treatment. The Municipality of Borgo Virgilio, delegated by the other associated Municipalities and the Province of Mantua, established as a single Contracting Station, signed the agreement between the Province of Mantua and the Municipality of Borgo Virgilio, associated with the Municipalities of Curtatone, San Giorgio, Bigarello, Marmirolo, for the afreliance on the Province itself of the functions of the contracting authority. The contract in question consists in the assignment in aggregate form of the snow clearing service and anti-ice treatment, for the winter seasons 2018 2019 - 2019202020202020, to be carried out on the entire territory of the Municipalities of Borgo Virgilio, Curtatone, Marmirolo, San Giorgio and Bigarello.

The service must be performed mechanically and / or manually and includes urban and extra-urban roads, squares, cycle paths, parking lots, public spaces. The specific performance of the contract, to be considered as minimal performance that could be improved during the offer, is dictclearly indicated in the C.S.A. and related attachments. In particular, it should be noted that the availability of the vehicles and equipment indicated in art. 5 of the C.S.A. a) Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by the prehear tender procedure.

b) In the case of cooperative societies, in addition to registration with the Chamber of Commerce, registration in the Register of cooperative societies is required, as per D.M. 23.6.2004 and s.m.i.

Annual average specific turnover referred to each of the last 3 financial years available for services provided to public bodies owning roads and / or motorway concession companiesand for an amount of at least EUR 250 000.00 / year
